Shanghai, being the biggest city in China and a prosperous international metropolis, is a must-visit place for your China tour. Located in the center of China’s mainland coastline of the Yangtze River estuary, with its east facing East China Sea and on the other side of the sea Kyushu Island of Japan, south to Hang Zhou Bay, west connected with Jiangsu and Zhejiang province to constitute China’s largest economic circle “Yangtze River triangle” of which Shanghai plays a leading role. It is one of the largest cities in Asia featuring profound modern urban culture and many historical sites and has successfully held the 2010 world expo.

Characterized by plenty of famous scenic spots, Shanghai will undoubtedly leave you a wonderful trip. For your trip there, do remember to have a visit to the Band as its surrounding Landmark landscape including the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower etc. in the other side of the Huangpu River and from where you can sense the energetic and vigorous, natural and graceful and showy momentum. Besides, do not forget to visit the Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower because it is No.4 high tower in Asia and No.6 in the world from where you can have a birds eye’s view of the whole Shanghai to appreciate the its beauty there. Moreover, the Zhujiajiao ancient water town is also the highlight of Shanghai must-see attraction, which has been honored as “Jiangnan Pearl”, “Shanghai Venice”, “HuJiao Hollywood” and listed as one of the four big historical cultural famous town in Shanghai.

When visiting Shanghai, do remember to spare some time to have a taste of Shanghai Dimsum such as Shanghai Shengjianbao and Shanghai Xiaolongbao, which are delicacy in Shanghai; besides, make your chance to taste the seafood in Tongchuan Lu seafood market strip, where you will have a tasty and fresh and delicious seafood.
